Frequently Asked Questions

- There is a snow storm in my area, can I cancel the order? 

Unfortunately we are not responsible for acts of God. This list includes but is not limited to snowstorms, hurricanes, floods, storms, or weather delays with the carrier. If you wish to cancel the week before your shipping date, that is no problem. But if it is the week of, your order has been made/cut, and we are unable to cancel at that point and it will have to ship as scheduled.

 

 -Are your products real or fake?

All of our products are real and fresh. We do not offer any kind of fake or dried products.

 

 

-I'm getting married on a Saturday, when should be order be delivered?

For Saturday events, we prefer to ship everything out on the Wednesday before, just so we have an extra day incase of the rare shipping issue.

 

 

-Where do I add my arrival date?

There will be a box on the "cart" page, there you can add in your arrival date and any individual lengths needed.

 

-When will my order be delivered?

We ship everything overnight, so the next day after shipment. BUT we do have a standard 5 business day processing time. If you need it sooner, please let us know. Otherwise, it will be shipped out after that processing time. 

 

-Where do you ship to?

We ship nationwide via FedEx overnight! If you are in Alaska there will be an extra charge, contact us for a quote. We currently do not ship to Hawaii, if you place an order to be shipped there the order will be canceled, this is due to their strict fresh foliage import restrictions.  

 

 

-Do you only ship overnight?

Yes! Due to shipping fresh/perishable products, we require overnight shipping to minimize the change of the products being damaged by heat or cold during transit.

 

 

-What happens if my package is damaged in transit?

For damages, while this doesn't happen often, we all know it can. Just be sure to provide us with photos within 24 hours of the box arriving and we would be happy to refund/send a replacement box. We MUST have detailed photos to file a claim with FedEx. 

 

-What if my order is delayed by FedEx?

Shipping overnight really eliminates most delays but we are not responsible for delayed boxes due to the carrier, agricultural inspections, or incorrect addresses. 

 

 

-What if my order arrives and it is brown/discolored/not right/missing something?

Again, this doesn't happen often, but if your order arrives and you are unhappy for ANY reason be sure to provide us with photos within 24 hours of the box arriving and we would be happy to refund or send a replacement box! We must receive photos within the first 24 hours or you will not be eligible for a refund/replacement. 

 

 

-Help! I need a rush order!

Contact us! While we are not always able to accommodate last minute orders, but most of the time we can. Be sure to contact us if you are in a pinch.

 

 

-How many bunches of product does it take to make x feet?

We love DIYers! However, because we make our garlands on machines it will be different than you making it by hand, so we cannot estimate the amount of bunches you will need. We suggest ordering a few to play with so you can make an estimation!

 

 

-I need to cancel my order due to _______ reason!

-What is the shipping cost to zip code ___?

Shipping is determined by order size and type. Feel free to contact us for a quote!

 

 

-Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we do not. This includes Canada and Mexico. This is due to the very high cost of express shipping and customs delays. We only use fresh product and these delays can ruin the product. 

 

 

-Can you ship USPS, UPS, or  DHL?

We currently ship exclusively with FedEx. Our rates are excellent and we pass those savings on to you! If we ship with anyone else you will have to pay the retail shipping costs, which will be way more expensive. 

 

 

-Do you offer samples?

We do not offer free samples, however you can absolutely order a short piece. We recommend at least a 2-3' piece to get a feel for how they will look. We are typically able to get these small pieces out before our usual processing time! 

 

 

-I'm looking for something you don't carry, can you help?

Our online store has a ton of things we carry on a regular bases, but we can special order almost anything! Herbs, tropical foliage, and SO much more! Feel free to contact us for any thing you don't see and we will do our best to locate it from our partner farms. 

 

 

-What are the care instructions?

They vary a little bit case by case. Typically the instructions are to keep everything in the box in the coolest place possible until you are ready to use them! Eucalyptus needs to be kept very dry!

 

 

-I received my eucalyptus and it looks different than the listing

Eucalyptus does vary seasonally. During the summer months the regular Seeded Euc will be the "Cupped" Seeded Euc and the Silver Dollar can be more pointy and a diamond shape. These are natural occurrences that mother nature does on her own. We do have several photos per listing that shows some of these variations.

 

 

-My Eucalyptus doesn't smell as strong as I thought it would. 

Scent is another thing that is controlled by mother nature and it will vary by the season, we have no way to control this unfortunately.

 

 

-I just received my box and there is no way everything is in there!

We are expert packers! Be sure to take everything out of the box to double check. And be sure to let us know within 24 hours of arrival if there does happen to be anything missing!
