Cancellation Policy

  • Our products are fresh products and/or dried and preserved so they are all made to order.
  • All bulk orders must be cancelled 10 days before the shipping date.
  • All other orders must be cancelled 7 days before shipping date.
  • Rush orders will not be able to be cancelled once placed and processed.

Are your products real or fake?

The majority of our products are real however we do have an awesome dried collection of foliage.

I'm getting married on a Saturday, when should be order be delivered?

For Saturday events, we prefer to ship everything out on the Wednesday before, just so we have an extra day in case of any Fedex issues in transit.

Where do I add my arrival date?

We have added a calendar to our checkout pages, please choose the day you would like to receive the product.

When will my order be delivered?

All of our products are shipped Fedex Priority Overnight. So all products should be received next day UNLESS Fedex has any issues. At that point, please reach out and our team will do its best to keep you up to date with recent tracking information.

Do you ship? And where do you ship?

We ship nationwide via FedEx overnight! If you are in Alaska there will be an extra charge, contact us for a quote. We currently do not ship to Hawaii, if you place an order to be shipped there the order will be canceled, this is due to their strict fresh foliage import restrictions.  

Do you only ship overnight? Can we save money on shipping?

All of our fresh products we do require overnight shipping due to the simple fact that we want you to receive the freshest and best looking products possible. Now our dried or preserved greens we do have some alternative shipping options. Feel free to reach out for cheaper shipping options for hard goods and dried/preserved products.

What happens if my package is damaged in transit?

For damages, while this doesn't happen often, we all know it can. Just be sure to provide us with photos within 24 hours of the box arriving and we would be happy to refund/send a replacement box. We MUST have detailed photos to file a claim with FedEx. 

What if my order is delayed by FedEx?

Shipping overnight really eliminates most delays but we are not responsible for delayed boxes due to the carrier, agricultural inspections, or incorrect addresses. 

What if my order arrives and it is brown/discolored/not right/missing something?

First off... Our customer service is unmatched in this industry. We ask loudly, PLEASE GIVE US A CHANCE... AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO GO ABOVE AND BEYONE TO MAKE SITUATIONS RIGHT. This doesn't happen often, but if your order arrives and you are unhappy for ANY reason be sure to provide us with photos within 24 hours of the box arriving and we would be happy to refund or send a replacement box! We must receive photos within the first 24 hours or you will not be eligible for a refund/replacement. 

Help! I need a rush order!

Quite what you are doing and reach out! The majority of our products are in stock and quite often can be assembled/packed same day! (Not always.. but most often yes)! While we are not always able to accommodate last minute orders, but most of the time we can. Be sure to contact us if you are in a pinch.

How many bunches of product does it take to make x feet?

We love DIYers! However, because we make our garlands on machines it will be different than you making it by hand, so we cannot estimate the amount of bunches you will need. We suggest ordering a few to play with so you can make an estimation!

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately at this time we do not ship our fresh products Internationally. BUT... OUR ENTIRE DRIED AND PRESERVED COLLECTION IS AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOM QUOTES ACROSS THE GLOBE. REACH OUT FOR QUOTE!

Can you ship USPS, UPS, or  DHL?

We currently ship exclusively with FedEx. Our rates are excellent and we pass those savings on to you! If we ship with anyone else you will have to pay the retail shipping costs, which will be way more expensive. 

Do you offer samples?

We do not offer free samples, however you can absolutely order a short piece. We recommend at least a 2-3' piece to get a feel for how they will look. We are typically able to get these small pieces out before our usual processing time! 

I'm looking for something you don't carry, can you help?

Our online store has a ton of things we carry on a regular bases, but we can special order almost anything! Herbs, tropical foliage, FLORALS and SO much more! Feel free to contact us for any thing you don't see and we will do our best to locate it from our partner farms. 

What are the care instructions?

I received my eucalyptus and it looks different than the listing

Eucalyptus does vary seasonally. During the summer months the regular Seeded Euc will be the "Cupped" Seeded Euc and the Silver Dollar can be more pointy and a diamond shape. These are natural occurrences that mother nature does on her own. We do have several photos per listing that shows some of these variations.

My Eucalyptus doesn't smell as strong as I thought it would. 

Scent is another thing that is controlled by mother nature and it will vary by the season, we have no way to control this unfortunately.

I just received my box and there is no way everything is in there!

We are expert packers! Be sure to take everything out of the box to double check. And be sure to let us know within 24 hours of arrival if there does happen to be anything missing!
