- Are you products real or faux?
All of our products are real and fresh. We do not offer any kind of fake or dried products.
- Where do you ship to?
We ship nationwide via FedEx overnight! If you are in Alaska or Hawaii there will be an extra charge, contact us for a quote.
- Do you only ship overnight?
Yes! Due to shipping fresh/perishable products, we require overnight shipping to minimize the change of the products being damaged by heat or cold during transit.
- What happens if my package is delayed or damaged by FedEx?
While this doesn't happen often, we all know it can. Just be sure to provide us with photos within 24 hours of the box arriving and we would be happy to refund/send a replacement box. We MUST have photos to file a claim with FedEx.
- What if my order arrives and it is brown/discolored/not right?
Again, this doesn't happen often, but if your order arrives and you are unhappy for ANY reason be sure to provide us with photos within 24 hours of the box arriving and we would be happy to refund or send a replacement box! We must receive photos within the first 24 hours or you will not be eligible for a refund/replacement.
- Help! I need a rush order!
Email us! While we are not always able to accommodate last minute orders, but most of the time we can. Be sure to contact us if you are in a pinch.
- How many bunches of product does it take to make x feet?
We love DIYers! However, because we make our garlands on machines it will be different than you making it by hand, so we cannot estimate the amount of bunches you will need. We suggest ordering a few to play with so you can make an estimation!
- I need to cancel my order due to _______ reason!
We are sorry you need to cancel your order with us! Our cancelation period is 24 hours after ordering. If it is a pre order we can work with you. Rush orders can not be canceled once placed.
