I had a great experience with this company! My order was delivered to the wrong house (fault of USPS) and I was in a panic. I emailed the company and they immediately called back to figure out a solution. They took the time to call USPS to find my delivery and really went above and beyond to fix the problem that wasn't even theirs. Amazing customer service. I did finally receive my garland and it was BEAUTIFUL. It looked exactly as described and pictured on the website. It spent about 2days in the basement waiting to be used and now has been displayed for a few days and still looks perfect. I couldn't be happier.

They were full, did not shed and the bunches had all different lengths which was nice. The color was consistent and vibrant. I plan to buy from this business again in the future.

Our 12ft garland looked elegant and perfect on the 14ft rich wood table for our daughters graduation luncheon. It was packaged carefully, arrived as scheduled and only needed a tiny bit of fluffing. Ordered this for my wedding after searching for something beautiful that wouldn’t cost a fortune and thankfully came across The Garland Guy. We had a slight hiccup with shipping but I still got it on the correct day. I was so worried it might be wilted by the time it was placed on the tables but my day of coordinator said when they opened it, it was packaged so well and looked awesome. It truly did look amazing and it still does! The venue packaged it up for me and gave it back and I’ve currently got it arranged around my back porch railing. Still lush and beautiful. No regrets in ordering from this company!

I’ve ordered branches for our church for 3 years from TGG. The branches are beautiful & healthy. Staff has them ready for pick-up at the agreed-on time. The price is quite reasonable. I gladly recommend The Garland Guy.
