Description

Native to the grasslands of East Africa and Yemen, Pentas are upright, herbaceous perennials celebrated for their clusters of star-shaped blooms in shades of red, pink, white, magenta, or lilac. In home gardens, they typically grow 1–2 feet tall, but with the right care can reach even greater heights, displaying flower heads up to 5 inches across.
